The Lytham 1940s Wartime Weekend takes place on 18th and 19th August 2018 on Lytham Green, which is a coastal location. We very much welcome memorabilia traders, re-enactors and charities who certainly add to the success of this free event which attracts over 45,000 visitors over the weekend. The required forms are on this page as pdf documents so please complete and return to firstname.lastname@example.org Sending through a completed form is not a guarantee of a place at the event and this will be confirmed via email or phone after having been received and processed. We do receive a considerable number of food and drink trader enquiries and given there are already many established local businesses within a very short distance of the event, we are very sensitive in accepting the number of and nature of food and drink traders. Therefore, do not fill in the form if you are a food and drink trader, but instead in the first instance, enquire by email to email@example.com
Once again, the weekend will see Lytham Green come to life with battle re-enactments, an entertainment programme, static aircraft and vehicle displays, military charities, vintage traders and we very much welcome your interest to be part of the event.
Pre-event, we will send you a briefing pack with the timings of the weekend, health and safety information and key contact points. During the weekend, we have a security team on site and the event is run by volunteers under the direction of Fylde Borough Council. The event is growing from strength to strength and we very much value your interest and involvement.
